The fine print

Plain-language terms for using toast-e.app. If anything here is unclear, ask us in the Toast-E Telegram group.

Terms of Use

Last updated 1 November 2026

01Agreeing to these terms

By using toast-e.app and its pages (together, Toast-E), you agree to these Terms of Use, the Disclaimer and the Privacy notice. If you do not agree, please do not use Toast-E.

02What Toast-E is

Toast-E is an independent community tool that watches coins launched on the Torch launchpad (torchpad.fun) on Robinhood Chain and labels them automatically from public data. Its labels, scores, signals, charts and maps are automated opinions for information only. Toast-E is not a broker, an exchange, an adviser or a custodian, and nothing on it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

03Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and you may only use Toast-E where that is legal for you.

04Fair use of the site

Please do not:

We may block access that breaks these rules.

05Your wallet

Connecting a wallet only signs a one-time sign-in message. Toast-E never asks you to send funds, approve tokens or sign a transaction to sign in, and never asks for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is not Toast-E. You are responsible for your wallet and everything signed with it.

06Pro and paid features

Toast-E Pro, when it is offered, shows more of the evidence behind a verdict. It does not make verdicts more accurate and does not improve your chances of making money. What Pro includes, how long it lasts and how you get it are shown before you pay. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed, so Pro payments are final and not refundable, except where the law where you live says otherwise. We may change, pause or end Pro features; if we end Pro while a pass you paid for is still running, we will try to give you the remaining time in another way.

07Tokens linked to Toast-E

If holding a token unlocks Toast-E features, that token is only a key to those features. It is not an investment, a security or a share in Toast-E, and it carries no promise of value, profit, buy-back or future work. We may change which tokens unlock features, and how many are needed. Only coins announced on toast-e.app or in the official Toast-E Telegram group are ours; any other coin using the Toast-E name or mascot is not.

08Feedback

If you send a note with the feedback button, you let us use it to improve Toast-E. Please do not put personal information in it.

09Our content

Toast-E's name, mascot, artwork, text, animations, design and code belong to Toast-E (see Trademarks & copyright). You may link to Toast-E and share screenshots of it to talk about a coin, as long as you do not edit them in a misleading way or suggest that Toast-E endorses you.

10Third parties

Toast-E shows and links to content it does not control: blockchain data, coin websites, X accounts, explorers, trading pages and coin images. That content belongs to its owners, and you use third-party sites at your own risk and under their own terms.

11No warranty, limited liability

Toast-E is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Toast-E and the people behind it are not liable for any loss of any kind, including lost funds or lost profits, arising from your use of Toast-E or your reliance on anything it shows. The Disclaimer explains this in full. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law where you live does not allow us to limit.

12Your responsibility

If you break these terms or the law while using Toast-E, and someone makes a claim against Toast-E because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that claim causes us, where the law allows.

13Corrections and takedown requests

If you think a label is wrong, use the feedback button on the coin. If you own a coin, name or logo shown on Toast-E and want to raise an issue, or you think something here infringes your rights, contact us in the Telegram group and we will look at it promptly.

14Changes

We may change Toast-E, or these terms, at any time, and may stop the service. The date at the top shows the latest version. When the terms or Disclaimer change in a way that matters, the app will ask you to agree again.

15Contact

Privacy

Last updated 1 November 2026

Toast-E is built to know as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, no email sign-up, no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics services.

01Stored in your browser

Toast-E keeps a few things in your browser's local storage, not in cookies: that you agreed to the Disclaimer, your display settings, and, if you connect a wallet, a sign-in session that expires after 30 days. They stay on your device. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.

02Your wallet address

If you connect a wallet, Toast-E sees its public address and saves the coins you mark as favorites ★ against it, so they follow you between devices. Wallet addresses and their transactions are public on the blockchain by design.

03Network data

Like any website, Toast-E receives your IP address with each request. It is used in memory to stop abuse (rate limits) and to count visitors as a one-way scrambled code that cannot be turned back into your address. Feedback notes are saved with a similar scrambled tag, not your IP address, so one visitor cannot flood them. Our hosting provider (Railway) may keep standard technical logs.

04Other services your browser talks to

Toast-E's pages load fonts from Google Fonts and show coin images from the hosts the coins chose (for example IPFS gateways), so those services see your IP address when your browser fetches them. Links to explorers, coin websites, X, DexScreener or Telegram take you to services with their own privacy policies.

05Public blockchain data

Toast-E reads and shows public blockchain data, which includes wallet addresses and their activity. It does not try to link wallet addresses to real-world identities.

06We don't sell data

Toast-E does not sell or rent anything it holds about visitors, and does not share it except where the law requires.

07Your choices

You can use Toast-E without connecting a wallet. To have your saved favorites deleted, or for any privacy question, contact us in the Telegram group. Toast-E is not meant for anyone under 18.

Disclaimer

This is the same disclaimer the app asks you to read and agree to before you enter.

The disclaimer needs JavaScript to show. Not financial advice. Do your own research.

Trademarks & copyright

01Toast-E's marks

Toast-E™, the TOAST-E wordmark, Rug Raid™ (Toast-E's arcade game), and the Toast-E toaster robot mascot (in all its pixel forms, poses and animations) are trademarks of Toast-E. The ™ symbol shows that we claim these marks; it does not mean they are registered.

You are welcome to use the name Toast-E to talk about the site, link to it or review it. Please do not use the Toast-E name, mascot or a confusingly similar name or picture for your own coin, project, account or product, or in a way that suggests Toast-E made, endorses or approves something it did not.

02Copyright

© 2026 Toast-E. All rights reserved. The site's text, artwork, mascot drawings, animations, page design and code are protected by copyright and may not be copied or reused without permission, beyond the sharing allowed in the Terms of Use.

03Other people's marks

Torch and torchpad.fun belong to the Torch launchpad. Robinhood and Robinhood Chain are trademarks of Robinhood Markets, Inc. or its affiliates. Blockscout, DexScreener, X, Telegram and Google are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named only to describe what Toast-E watches and links to.

Toast-E is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Torch, torchpad.fun, Robinhood, Robinhood Chain or any of the services above.

04Coin names and logos

Coin names, tickers, logos, websites and social accounts shown on Toast-E belong to their owners. Toast-E shows them only to identify each coin. A coin being shown, or labelled, does not mean its owner has any link to Toast-E.

05Reporting a problem

If you believe something on Toast-E uses your name, logo or work in a way it should not, contact us in the Telegram group with a link to the page and what you own, and we will review it promptly.
